On April 23, the Empowering Women in Leadership LCI welcomed Kerry Brooks, AI Product Manager, B2B, for an engaging session, “AI as Your Project Partner: Enhancing Leadership, Not Replacing It.” The presentation offered a practical, grounded look at how AI can support the role of today’s project leaders.Blending research-backed insights with a live demonstration of PMI Infinity, Kerry showed how AI can help accelerate planning, synthesize information, and strengthen decision-making while preserving the human judgment and accountability that define effective leadership. The session also addressed common concerns, reinforcing the idea that AI is a tool to enhance leadership, not a threat to it.Kerry described four relatable use cases:
